The Patriot - The Hot Oil Heater for the 21st Century
  • 4 Pass heat exchange technology
  • Veritcal counter flow design - "Gravity Rules"
  • High velocity fluid flow
  • Lowest fluid to stack temperature - typically below 125 degrees Fahrenheit
  • No jacket refractory insulation required
  • Pre-heated combustion air
  • All components rated to 600 degrees Fahrenheit operation
  • Burner designed for application
  • Built to ASME standards (ASME stamping is available) - "Hydro" tested and carries a UL Flame Safeguard panel listing
  • Coils heat treated
  • Small footprint - light weight

Consider Why 4 Pass is Superior
    1. Combusion air is forced upward between the outer and inner jacket, pre-heating it pryor to entering the top mounted burner (5th pass?) - The hot gases travel down the full length of the inner row creating the first (radient) pass
    2. The gases then return up the inner tow of coils, creating the 3rd (convection) pass
    3. The 4th (convection) pass is upward between the outer coil and inner jacket to the flue outlet creating the 4th pass
